Dining at the Track: You need reservations, send a written request to: Dining Room Department, Carzel Alvarez, NYRA, PO Box 90, Jamaica, NY 11417. (If you don't have reservations, there are plenty of things to eat, just a casual dining experience, not "Clubhouse" dining.
