Saratoga Race Course offers a range of group hospitality spaces for gatherings of nearly any size, from intimate picnic setups to venues built for hundreds. Below is a quick look at capacity across each space, followed by details on what makes each one distinct.

1863 Club
Located at the Clubhouse turn, this three-story venue includes The Rail, Luxury Suites, Legends Hall, and the Founders Room, with seated capacity for 300 and up to 500 overall. Catering is provided by Mazzone Hospitality. During the race meet, the 1863 Club serves as one of Saratoga's group hospitality areas; it's also bookable separately for events outside racing season (see below).
Big Red Spring Tent
An open-air tent in the backyard for up to 50 guests, with covered picnic tables near the food trucks. Guests can roam the grounds and return to the tent throughout the day.
Festival Tent
This backyard tent suits large groups spreading out across its covered picnic tables. Reserved tables include admission, race day programs, and six tickets per table.
Mionetto Easy Goer
An open-air space inside the historic Victorian Grandstand, offering both individual and group seating. Single-day group reservations are available for parties of 30 or more.
Casamigos Spa Verandas
One of Saratoga's most popular hospitality spaces, offering private, partially covered sections with trackside views for up to 50 guests per section. Includes lounge seating, mounted TVs, and betting machines, with prime views as horses round the final turn.
Surfside Tailgate at the Turn
A drive-up picnic area offering trackside views at the turn. Each reserved section accommodates six guests and one vehicle, purchased in full per section. Grilling is not permitted.
Paddock Suite
A climate-controlled, two-story facility with 360-degree views of the paddock and backyard, accommodating 60 to 80 guests. Includes a private bar, mounted TVs, and betting machines, with individual table or full rental options.
Surfside Party Deck
A private, second-floor outdoor space near the Post Bar with shaded barstool seating for up to 20 guests. Includes food platters, mounted TVs, and betting machines. Reservations carry a beverage minimum.
The Michelob Ultra Stretch
Located at the far end of the Grandstand near the top of the final turn, this private hospitality area offers direct sightlines to the track and is suited for groups. Includes dedicated concessions and a bar, box and table seating in a covered space, mounted TVs, personal wagering tablets, and free WiFi.

Host Special Events at the 1863 Club Outside of Racing Season
Located at the Clubhouse turn, this three-story venue holds up to 500 guests, with seated capacity for 300, and includes The Rail, Luxury Suites, Legends Hall, and the Founders Room. Catering is provided by Mazzone Hospitality.
The space hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate galas, cocktail hours, and social gatherings of varying sizes. While the 1863 Club serves as one of the group hospitality areas during the summer race meet, it's also bookable separately for events from September through June.
