Celebrating 27 years of exceptional homes, this annual tradition will be presented over four beautiful fall days on October 7 - 8, and October 14 - 15. Organizers have put together a spectacular lineup of 9 homes from 7 of the region's finest builders, including Belmonte Builders, Kodiak Construction, DeGraff-Bloom Custom Builders, DSG Construction & Remodeling, R & M Homes, Whitbeck Construction, and Witt Construction.
The Showcase of Homes ticket gives you access to all of the homes for the two weekends – 4 days for an unlimited number of visits. The homes are open from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day of the event.
Over the past 26 years, this community event has contributed over $1.5 million dollars to two local charities, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
The Saratoga Builders Association (SBA) is a specialized professional trade association representing an industry basic to the well-being and economy of the people of Saratoga County.
