23rd Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge

The 23rd Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge 5K/10K returns to the Saratoga Spa State Park on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

The 5K & 10K gives participants an opportunity to run, walk or roll through the beautiful Saratoga Spa State Park. The day also includes a 1 Mile Fun Run for kids 12 and under and features costume and pumpkin contests, prizes for overall winners and top runners in each age group and treats galore. The first 1,500 registrant receive a long sleeve, moisture wicking t-shirt.

Registration fee is $25, through Friday, September 15. The registration fee increases to $30 beginning Saturday, September 16. ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS on Tuesday, September 26 at 5pm.

After Tuesday, September 26, registration will ONLY be available in person at the Saratoga Bridges Administrative Building at 16 Saratoga Bridges Blvd in Ballston Spa on Friday, September 29 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

NO DAY OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Already Registered? Race Packet pick-up is on Friday, September 29 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m at the Saratoga Bridges Administrative Building. If you can't make it at that time, packets will also be available on race morning from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Columbia Pavillion.

Saratoga Bridges will also be holding a virtual option again this year for $30. T-shirts will be mailed to virtual participants. Times for virtual can be submitting to the timing company.
