If you're looking for an enjoyable experience, you might want to look elsewhere. A simple question about how to pay for parking in the Around the World parking lot prompted quite possibly the rudest response I've ever experienced (or witnessed) from an employee in the service industry. And for someone who has worked in Lake George, and for ten years in the resort industry, that's saying something. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it's certainly not acceptable to take it out on a guest. As a local, I was genuinely embarrassed for myself, Lake George, and the guests in line behind me. Hopefully the management will find a way to correct this unfortunate situation.
