When my daughter pulled back the blanket on her bed there was hair on her sheets and they looked dirty. There were huge spiders in all corners of the room, it looked like it was never vaccumed. We woke up and attempted to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk multiple times and finally had to leave without a shower. We were offered 10% off and did not even get an apology.

This hotel appears to be the finest upon a visual point of view, however, there is no room service, or service of any kind. The indoor pool takes one right past the finest restaurant in the place, which is an eye sore for those dining at such a lovely place. The only plus were fireworks at the pool. The hotel is a huge let down.
