12th Annual Feast of the Fields

Cost: $100 (one guest); $200 (two guests)

The 12th annual Feast of the Fields will be a fun-filled, delicious evening featuring top local chefs preparing small plates from fresh ingredients harvested by local farms, along with enticing products and drinks from local producers. The theme for this year is squash!

A silent auction filled with items and experiences from local businesses and artisans, as well as a performance by The Hot Club of Saratoga, will round out the night.

Featured chefs include: Julia Sanzen of Farmers Hardware, Nicholas Karoly of Salt & Char, Marc Plessis of Blue Hen, Matthew Bolton with ACC’s Culinary Program, Daniel Chessare of the Merry Monk, Gordon Sacks from 9 Miles East Farm, Michael Hinrichs and Vivian Brammer with Prime at Saratoga National, Leah Stein from Leah’s Cakery, and Thomas Gulbrandsen from the Courtyard Marriott.
